Customer Support

Not only do we claim to give some of the best service in the industry, but we also stand by that claim and offer a warranty for our work that lasts for years (though we don’t really ever have to follow through on that warranty). If our work is ever a problem, we’ll be there to fix it for free.

Our Story

Bill Smith is a native of Traverse City, Michigan that moved away back in 1977. He returned to the area in 1998 and began what is known today as Bill Smith Roofing.
